The Practice

Healing is slow work.
It asks for patience, presence, and good hands.

At Noita Holistica every meeting begins with listening to the body, to the breath, to the season. From there we move into massage, into plants, into stillness. The work is unhurried and rooted in care, drawing on intuitive bodywork, plants and reconnection to self through yoga.

Offerings

Four ways to reconnect

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage

Touch has the ability to calm the nervous system, soften tension, and remind us what it feels like to come home to our bodies. Combining Swedish massage with myofascial release, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

Yoga

Yoga

Every body is different, and every group has its own energy. My classes are thoughtfully tailored to meet the needs of the individuals present.

With the breath as our guide, we move through mindful sequences that cultivate strength, mobility, balance, and relaxation. My intention is to create a space where you can reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived.

Meeting a herb

Meeting a herb

In this guided tea meditation, we take time to meet one herb through stillness and mindfulness. As we drink slowly and with awareness, we explore the plant's story, traditional wisdom, and energetic qualities while creating space to notice our own inner landscape.

A quiet practice of presence, curiosity, and connection, with nature and with yourself.

About

Camilla Sipola

Massage therapist · Student of herbs · Yoga teacher · Lecturer

My work weaves together bodywork, the quiet apprenticeship of plants, and a steady yoga practice. A reminder of how much can change when we slow down.

Today I hold one-to-one sessions, teach yoga, and lecture on herbalism and herbal meditation for students, practitioners and retreat groups across Scandinavia.

The name Noita Holistica nods to my Finnish roots. Noita, the old word for one who knows the plants.
